I saw this article a couple days ago and I knew I had to write about it. Before I go into the actual story I'm going to say that a man paid $3 million for a gold iphone. Yah that's is a lot of money.
The article is rediculus! People pay so much for these uninportant things when they could donate to charity or something. People are selfish. The most expensive TV is $2.3 million becuase it is covered in gold, diamonds, and alligator skin. It is a PrestigeHD Supreme Rose Edition by Stuart Hughes That is just stupid to have that all on a TV. The most exspensive hotel room is a Royal Penthouse Suite, Hotel President Wilson in Geneva with a price at $65,000 per night. This is rediculous! There really is no reason to pay that much for a hotel. The most exspensive motorcycle is priced at $700,000 it is a Dodge Tomahawk V10 Superbike. The most expensive golf club is a Long-Nose Putter Stamped "A.D.," attributed to Andrew Dickson which is priced at $181,000. The most expensive car is a 1954-55 Mercedes-Benz W196 at a price of $24 million. The most expensive house is Antilla at a prive of $1 billion dollars. The most expensive yacht is an Eclipse at the price of 1.2 billion euros. The most Expensive speakers are Transmission Audio Ultimate System at a price of $2 million per pair. The most expensive ring is a Chopard Blue Diamond Ring priced at $16.26 million dollars. All these things and prices are dumb to me. Why pay that much for anything? These are things that people do not need these are all wants. This money could go to so many places where they need it. It pains me to see money wasted like that. I know if i had that much money I would help other people.

Facebook killing your career!
I got on the internet today and this article was the first thing that caught my eye. 6-career-killing-facebook-mistakes is the title of the article. The article talks about six reasons why facebook can hurt your job opportunities. The first reason is inappropriate pictures, this is reasonable because now over 30% of companies use facebook as a way to screen a potential employee and if they see pictures of you wasted it's not going to make you look that good. The second reason is complaining about your current job. I mean if a boss looks at your post and sees that you hate your job he/she might just releive you of those duties. The third reason is posting conflicting information to your resume. The example the article give is that if you say that you have a degree from Harvard and on your facebook it says that you graduated from UCLA you will probably be cut from interviews. The fourth reason is statuses you wouldn't want your boss to see. If you put that your boss is so stupid for this and that reason you probably wont have to worry about it anymore because you will be fired. The fifth reason is not understanding your security settings. You can set your facebook to only allow friends you want to see your facebook homepage. This could solve all your problems right off the bat. I know a lot of people have this setting up and I agree that everyone should have it on so that perverts and other weird people cannot see your personal information. The sixth and final reason losing by association. I think this is the most true, if you have pictures of you and your friends drinking and what not it will look really bad on you. Even if you don't have a drink in your hand and all your friend do this makes you look like a partier and no boss wants that. It also says at the very end that you should have two facebooks one that is yours for friends and one that is just for professional use. Overall I agree with this article. A lot of people I know from back home have gotten fired becuase of inapropriate things on thier facebook. People do put studpid things on facebook, some things I don't even know what they were thinking. I beleive a lot more companies are going to start using these social networks to do background checks on potential employees. This might make people clean up thier acts a little but I doubt it, they will probably just make their profiles private and create another facebook for perfessional use only.
